I love the watches that Cartier makes. My first automatic watch purchase was a Cartier Pasha. The movement in this watch was created by Cartier and is the first self winding mechanism they’ve done completely on their own. The transparent sapphire crystal back reveals the calibre 1904 MC which is a beautiful mechanism.
