I think that “Water World” might be the most overlooked hip hop concept of all time. That concept is of course about PCP and it’s easy to understand why people wouldn’t want to listen to an entire album about what is perhaps the most grimy drug ever mixed up in a labs. Production is top notch and Cage and Tame going back to back is like a psychadelic version of Kiss and Styles. Give this joint a listen and let me know what you think.
