You had to know at some point sooner than later a Beatnuts post was coming. I mean come on? Ever since I saw the video for Reign of the Tec I was hooked on their psychedelic thug style beats and rhymes. I copped the Intoxicated Demons EP on my grammar school’s eighth grade trip to Boston and never looked back. I don’t know how many people will consider this a gem or a treat but this a demo version of probably one of their most commercial joints (other than ‘Off The Books’) Props Over Here that I got off the Intoxicated Demos Vinyl Collection. It’s got a nice little mish mash of demos, promos and remixes most of which I hadn’t heard before so I highly recommend checking it out if you can get your hands on it. One!
